Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from NG MENG LEK PTE LTD:
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from NG MENG LEK PTE LTD, either through the NG MENG LEK PTE LTD Online Store or at an NG MENG LEK PTE LTD Retail Store, can be returned to NG MENG LEK PTE LTD. NG MENG LEK PTE LTD products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the accessories, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
- Opened software
- Electronic Software Downloads
- Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades)
How to Return An Item
Ship your item back to NG MENG LEK PTE LTD
To return an item to NG MENG LEK PTE LTD, please send us an email to returns@drngml.com with your name and order number. Please indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund. A return merchandise code with the proper return address will be given to you by email whereby you may then proceed to send the item back to NG MENG LEK PTE LTD.
- You can only return items from one order at a time.
- Provide your contact information to submit your return for clarification, if necessary.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Exchange an item
Once we received your item, an exchange will be initiated and sent to you according to your initial address in your order form. If you want your item sent to another address, please request for a refund and re-order the item to be sent to your new address. Thank you.
